If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited following an investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 1jje is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach occurred due to the player's failure to protect their credentials.
All information you provide when registering — including your name, date of birth, address and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. If your details change, you must update them promptly. Accounts where the registered name does not match the name on payment documents used for withdrawal will be subject to additional verification before funds are released.
All accounts on 1jje are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by the platform itself, though your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees.
1jje supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and the current list is always shown in the cashier section of your account.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your account balance within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as quickly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) are typically completed on the same day for requests submitted during normal processing hours. Bank transfers may take one to three working days depending on your bank.
All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used to deposit, wherever practically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is no longer available, the support team will advise on the appropriate alternative.
Your PKR balance in the 1jje wallet belongs to you and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification and any applicable bonus conditions.
All bonuses and promotions offered on 1jje are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of opting in. These specific terms cover the wagering requirement, the eligible games, the minimum odds (for sports bonuses), the expiry period and any maximum withdrawal amount derived from the bonus.
Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and kept separate from your real-money balance. When you play an eligible game, bonus funds are used first. Winnings generated from bonus funds are also held in the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings cannot be reinstated.

This includes placing offsetting bets, using automated tools or coordinating with other accounts. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, the account may be closed and any balance forfeited.

All bets placed on 1jje are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — including the event, selection, odds and stake — before confirming. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled unless an obvious platform error caused the incorrect bet to be recorded.
Where an obvious error occurs in the display of odds, prices or game payouts — such as a technical fault or data feed error resulting in clearly incorrect odds — 1jje reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was identified.
Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, are covered under standard sports betting rules. Live in-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time of confirmation, not the odds displayed before a network delay. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, bets are settled in accordance with the rules for that specific sport and market type, as shown in the Sports section of the platform.
All games on 1jje — including slots, fish games and bingo — use certified random number generation. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. The house edge and return-to-player percentage for each game are published in the game's information panel. 1jje does not alter game outcomes based on player activity, account balance or any other player-specific factor.
You agree to use the 1jje platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in a manner that does not harm other users, the platform or any third party. Specifically, you must not:
