Logging in to 1jje — What to Expect
The 1jje login process is straightforward. You enter your registered mobile number or email address along with the password you set at registration, and you are in. The platform does not ask for anything beyond that for standard logins — no captcha loops, no lengthy verification steps every single time.
If this is the first time you are logging in on a new device, you may be asked to verify a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. This is a standard security step that protects your account from unauthorised access — it takes 30 seconds and you only need to do it once per new device.
Logging in on Mobile vs Desktop
Whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop, the login experience is the same. On mobile, using the 1jje app tends to be slightly quicker because you can enable biometric login (fingerprint or face unlock) after your first sign-in — meaning future logins are a single tap. On the website, a saved password in your browser achieves a similar result.
During PSL season or a live T20 match, a lot of players prefer logging in via the app because it is faster to navigate between the sportsbook and the cashier. The website works just as well but requires a few more taps. Either way, your balance and open bets are always in sync.
What Your Balance Shows After Login
Your PKR balance is displayed prominently at the top of the screen once you are logged in. It shows your available real-money balance separately from any bonus balance that may be active. This distinction matters — bonus funds have wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, while real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to the standard verification requirements.
If you have a pending withdrawal, its status is also visible from the account section — so you do not need to contact support just to check where your money is.
Depositing After Login
If your balance is at zero and you want to top up, the deposit process from inside your account is quick. Head to the cashier section, choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card — enter the PKR amount and follow the prompts for your chosen payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers take longer depending on the time of day and your bank's processing speed.
If you have a welcome bonus pending, opt in to it from the promotions section before placing your first deposit — some bonuses require you to activate them before the qualifying deposit is made.
Problems Logging In?
The most common login issue is a forgotten password. If that happens, use the account recovery option on the login page — enter your registered mobile number or email and follow the steps to reset your password via an SMS or email code. The reset process takes under two minutes.
If you cannot access the mobile number or email address linked to your account, contact the support team via the in-platform chat. They will need to verify your identity before making any account changes, so have your registered name, date of birth and CNIC details ready.

If you have not already set a deposit limit on your account, the first few minutes after login is a good time to do it.
